You will gain an overview of the Co-operation act, especially regarding continuous dialogue and change negotiations.

The training will cover, for example, what continuous dialogue means as a form of co-operation and what issues need to be addressed in change negotiations.

Trainer Veera Keski-Säntti works as a lawyer at Academic Engineers and Architects in Finland TEK. In her work she advises union members and shop stewards on a wide range of employment law related questions, including continuous dialogue and change negotiations.
