Kutsumme Varsinais-Suomen ICT-toimihenkilöt Pro ry:n jäsenet yhdistyksen kevätkokoukseen. Kevätkokous pidetään tiistaina 31.3.2026 klo 18.00 Panimoravintola Koulun (Eerikinkatu 18, Turku) toisessa kerroksessa. Saapuessasi paikalle, tilaa yläkerran tiskiltä haluamasi kokousjuoma sekä kokouksen jälkeen tarjoiltava annos Gastropub-listalta.

Yhdistyksen kevätkokouksessa käsitellään yhdistyksen sääntöjen 13. kohdan mukaiset asiat, mm.

• Vuoden 2025 tilinpäätös, toimintakertomus sekä tili- ja vastuuvapauden myöntäminen

• Hallituksen ehdotus vuoden 2026 talousarvioksi

• STTK:n, ATO:n sekä AJK:n edustajien ehdokkaiden valitseminen

We invite all our members to join the association spring meeting held on Tuesday 31 March 2026 at 6 pm at Brewery Restaurant Koulu on the second floor (Eerikinkatu 18, Turku. When you arrive, please order one drink for the meeting and dinner from the menu that will be served after the meeting. In the spring meeting we go through the items on the 13th chapter of the association rules, including:

• The financial statement and annual report from 2025

• The board's proposal for the financial plan of 2026

• Selection of candidate representatives to STTK, ATO and AJK
